Etuvalot katosi?

Jos jollain ois kokemusta, kun mun Hornetista vm-99 hukkui etuvalot...Parkki toimii, mut muut vaan katosi... pitkää voi kyl vilkutella, mut muuten mikään ei toimi!! mikä neuvoksi??

Vai onko tuossa pitkät/lyhyet-kytkin ja parkit/lyhyet/off-kytkin erikseen? Voisko vika (asento) olla siellä?

Mulla hävis -04 mallisesta valot myös. Vikaa ei löytynyt, tein hypyn siitä kaukovalovilkun johdosta.

Sama vika oli -04 900 hornetissa. ja aika kauan sain vikaa hakea netin keskustelupalstoilta, kunne vika löytyi lopulta starttikatkaisijasta. Tarkista sieltä piuhat jne.

It's easy to test the Starter Switch assembly.
Unplug the Starter Switch assembly connector inside the headlight.

1. Test for continuity (zero resistance) between the Blue/White and Black/Red wires. This is the Headlight circuit
2. Test for open( no resistance) between the Black and Yellow/Red wires. This is the Starter circuit.

Depress and hold the Start Lever.

1. Test for open(no resistance) between the Blue/White and Black/Red wires. This is the Headlight circuit
2. Test for continuity( zero resistance) between the Black and Yellow/Red wires. This is the Starter circuit.

What happens: Headlight is ON normally.
When the Start Lever is depressed: Headlight goes out and Starter is energized.

The best thing to do is take a piece of wire and jumper across the blue/white and black/red wires on the brown connector and see if your light comes on. Do not unplug the connector and push jumper into the side that the wires come in. This way you're bypassing the starter switch. It's a quick test, quicker than logging on and posting a reply
