Lueskelin huvikseni aiheesta ulkomaan foorumeilta. Tässä*jonkun aussin kirjoituksesta jossa koitetaan selvittää 30t ajetun gsr 600 sammuilua vaihtaessa:
Ok got an update, things I have done.
*air filter change - not fixed.
*cleaned and flushed tank twice, back flushed the filter in the case because it can't be accessed and back flushed the fuel strainer - not fixed.
*Professionally had the injectors cleaned - not fixed.
*Hooked up to computer and checked all the parameters all checked good but the o2 sensor was bad/ reflashed the ECU and turned the pair valve and o2 sensor off. This fix the stalling when it was warmed up but still stalls in the morning when engine is first warming up.
*Very closely checked all vacuum lines for cracks and splits, all in good order.
*Swapped TPS with STPS to see if one was faulty as they are the same sensor/adjusted TPS position - not fixed
*Swapped AP with IAP again to see if one was faulty as they were the same sensor as well on my bike -not fixed
*Did a TB synco and found out it was out, this is when I think I might have finally found the problem. I got the TB's back in sync but when I revved it (which I know is not good practice when manometer is hooked up) all the fluid was getting sucked out of cylinder 4 and going up cly #2.
This means uneven vacuum when revving, trying to think what could cause this deiced to check valve clearances and guess what 5 out of the 8 exhaust where all out of tolerance.
So Rickz I would try your vacuum line check, pull them all off squeeze the ends and see if there is any little cracks, if not make a homemade manometer easy as, cost me like $13 got all the bits from a hardware store, 3mm hose 10m, 3mm tee's and 3mm elbows and some kerosene for the liquid.
Or you could just check your valve clearances not sure if that is a way to check valves being out of tolerance using a manometer but hey I found a problem, my bikes previous owner only ever changed oil and filters, never got it serviced at a shop, the valve clearance checks where 10,000kms over due and it was it's first check from new, hope this helps
Oh and I think power commanders are not the best way to go and would never have fixed this problem for me, ECU reflash can do way more then a PC can ever do, oh and don't PC only connect to 1 injector with the larger cc bikes.
Ja viimeisenä:
Valve clearances fixed the stalling, many thanks for everyones input.
Now I can enjoy my new bike.

Millos tosta viimeks on venavälykset tarkistettu/säädetty?
